The rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable, check in /out was very quick, everyone was very nice and professional. The breakfast was good as well.
pool was very cold however it was an indoor pool.

Comfortable beds.
Friendly front desk staff, Ashley was very nice upon check in.
Dirty bathroom. Long hair on the counter/ faucet area. I have short hair, so definitely not mine!
A/C worked ok, it cuts off & on, you can't make fan stay on.

Secluded, and well furnished. Breakfast was terrific! Staff was friendly, courteous and helpful.
Drain in my bathroom sink couldn’t open with manually having to reach in and pull it up.

The evening front desk staff, she was really welcoming and had high spirit. She had a big smile and while checking in we made small talk and included another guest sitting in the lobby. Breakfast was simply, but good.
The all the large towels in the restroom had several hairs in the threads. They were coily and hard to pull out. On one towel there were like 7 hairs. The hand towels were used and were stiff. It was so late, I didn't even bother, because the extra towel I asked in the front desk also had hairs. The small frig made so much noise.
