Gloria at the front desk was phenomenal.
The shower was pretty bad.
The faucet was inexplicable. There was virtually no cool (much less cold) water, risk of scalding water or none at all.

First the room was stale smelling until we turned ac on. Second when I went down at 7:30 for breakfast, everything was empty. No gravy, biscuits,eggs, and only 2 pieces of sausage. I ended up eating a bagel and yogurt. Almost a half hour later is when employee came to fill up stations. Only when she heard a lot of people coming in. Also the pool was a good walk from the room.

Employee needs to be more mindful of the breakfast area. The Best Western in Navarre is my favorite and someone is constantly checking levels. Which the pool would have been closer to the actual hotel.

The pool was clean. There was a great area to take the dog behind the pool. Well mowed and room to roam.
The bathrooms at the pool were closed and locked. The bathroom faucet leaked and couldn’t be completely turned off. Homeless people rolled up with their shopping carts and jumped into the pool for a nice quiet swim.
The sheets were not a good quality. The hot breakfast was the same all of the three days we stayed. The scrambled eggs were very poor quality cheap. They charged a daily fee for pets even though they only had to clean up once after we left.
