Just okay for a single night but not for multiple nights

the room was clean and the hotel overall was quiet

The AC unit was LOUD! Impossible to sleep through that. Breakfast was nothing special. No bacon!

Comfortable!

Simplicity of this hotel brand is good for work travelers - no frills but comfortable and clean. Internet was strong. Staff were great about letting me hang there after checkout to take a few calls. There were also external electrical ports to plug in your charging cable for car.

Customer service, style of room, location were good.

Coffee, saw ants in room and roach (i think it came from floor vent) Design in room makes it hard to clean some areas around bed.

If you like the style and the Tru brand from Hilton, then you'll find this location no different. Everything was clean, the staff friendly, and a nice atmosphere. There's a small 24 hour gym on the main floor. The location felt safe and has good conveniences nearby. There's a Thai restaurant open until 9 pm across the street that has really good lunch and dinner menu. There's a Target within a 15-minute walking distance (5 min car ride) in case you forget anything for your trip. In the same direction as Target, there's a relatively new Panera Bread location where you can grab something to eat and do some work on your laptop.

Comfortable and fun place to stay with a great breakfast, apart from the coffee.

Clean and modern. Enjoyed the fussball and pool table. Great breakfast.

Road noise and a loud ac unit. Coffee was poor.

Clean, Comfortable and Quiet

Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Appreciate that it had a mini-fridge as some high end hotels we stayed in the past 2 years did not. Breakfast was included.

Location was a little far from FSU campus where our son attends. Breakfast hours are a little short (ends at 9am) and eggs & sausage patties didn’t seem fresh.

Very clean place, with decent breakfast, and great coffee.

There was a fight next door and in the hallway. They woke us up and we had to call the staff.

bathroom wall was filthy. urine from previous customer left on toilet. when I showed pictures to manager at front desk.

Other than the rude housekeeping staff (Pauline), the stay there was quite pleasurable.

I did not partake in the breakfast, but from what I could view, the breakfast looked very appetizing. Also, there was a young man there at the front desk name Isacc who was very professional. Pauline (housekeeping staff) could take a lesson or two from him, on how to treat paying guests.

I was very upset on how my family, and I were treated by the staff at the hotel. There was a lady there named Pauline (over the housekeeping), who approached my family and I in a very rude way. She spoke to us like we were beneath her. I reported her to the front desk, because there could've been a better way on how she handled the situation. We stayed there before, and we never encountered a situation like this before. She needs to go back and learn proper etiquette when it comes to how she treats paying guest.

such a beautifully located and practical place to stay.

for me the bed was a little hard for my body, but I have met people who love and even need a firmer bed.
