Very noisy location. Could hear cars racing up and down the road all night. Loud music in the parking lot below the rooms as well.

Such a great place to stay. Clean, compact but just enough space for our work stay. Great places in the lobby to sit and work. Great team of people working there also.

Paid on app was made to pay second time at hotel. I am still trying to get my money. Staff was not helpful. At 1am is not the time to be fighting for a room.

I never stayed at Tru and was pleasant surprised. The hotel is hip and modern. The staff was very friendly. I like the casual vibe.

My stay was awesome thanks to your wonderful staff, Rhojuan (not sure if the spelling of his name is correct), but he was there when I arrived at the hotel around 4pm on 9/23/23 and Ms. Paulina was also a very pleasant and helpful staff member. I would stay at your establishment if I could for every stay when I visit Tallahassee, FL.

Everything was great. Both check in and check out were a breeze. Everything was expertly organized. It was very quiet, even in the lobby when people were busy or playing the games located there. Breakfast was also great. 24/7 coffee, tea, and hot chocolate was great was well. The only thing that would make it better is microwaves in the actual room vs going to the lobby but that wasn't too much of an inconvenience either.

Karma at front desk was extremely accommodating as we had to check in 7 rooms.

The hotel was in decent location. The place was quiet and seemed to be well kept. The lobby was nice and clean. Staff was very friendly and kind.
The parking lot also seemed to be well lit.
The first room we were given was questionable because we found some white things that looked like bug eggs or something in the corner of the headboard and bed frame when I moved the mattress to examine the area. There was also some stains on the sheets
We were moved to another room and after examining it, it was a lot better and no evidence of any bug eggs or stains.
In all it was not a bad place to stay.

extra $35/night for my 5 lb Shorkie is excessive. This is not dog friendly.

The breakfast left a lot to be desired. There were no eggs on the buffet?! Two meats...biscuits and gravy but no eggs. Not hard boiled or scrambled...it was strange to me. The oatmeal was cooked really well though. The place was beautiful and clean though and the staff VERY friendly and helpful!!
