The atmosphere was very comfortable! We had to switch rooms, but the second room was very comfortable and clean. The pool was well maintained as well as the hot tub and the sauna. The Breakfast bar was well stocked, and the attendant did well with making sure things stayed stocked. If we decided to come back to the area, we would use them again!
We found what appeared to be a cockroach in the first room we were given. We caught it in a tissue after we took a couple of pictures of it and took it down to the front desk. The ladies there were very embarrassed and let us switch rooms right away. The whole thing was handled quickly and professionally.

It was conveniently located. And clean.
The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn’t work, the AC only worked occasionally, the toilet was too low to the ground and the seat at the foot of the bed was poorly cushioned and u comfortable.

Location close to lake shore, several fast food stores, 6min drive to Ferry to Mackinac Island, spacious room, comfortable beds.
Break fast room is a bit tight or crowd, food is average

Good location, quiet, decent breakfast.
Doesn't have a comfortable chair in room for reading/ relaxing. Bathroom sink water barely trickles and sink pop up stopper didn't work indicating a lack of maintenance and attention to detail.
