This was our second stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Redwood City. Both times, we have been so impressed with how well-maintained the property is kept. Very clean, orderly, and above all else, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Each time we've checked in, the front desk has been happy to see us -- truly, this is a great property where the feeling is you truly matter as a guest. Would stay here again with no hesitation.

Breakfast was great and the staff were very attentive to keeping everything well stocked and clean. All the staff we encountered were very friendly. Thankful to have parking at no additional cost.
The adjustable shower head kept sliding down the post. We managed and reported it when we left.

It was close to our weekend activities.
There was a group of homeless people right outside our window with barking dogs on our last night. We called the front desk but they said there was nothing they could do.
