Room was very comfortable. Price for Jackson was very good. If you have trouble with stairs make sure you are booked into a ground floor room. Note that the ice machine and guest refrigerators, microwaves, and other amenities are down a flight of stairs from Reception. Staff were very helpful and there are several good restaurants within walking distance.
No elevator. Parking was difficult because the hotel has no dedicated parking and guests need to park in several (free) public lots. The closest one was completely full when we arrived. The lighting in the room is 'industrial' and very harsh.

Location great, clean, very kind and welcoming hosts, I highly reccommend staying here for visiting and hiking around Grand Teton.

The room was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful! We really enjoyed the game room!
The sink leaked one night but was fixed the day we told them about it.

This facility is truly an old-fashioned hostel, bare bones, dark, very very noisy and zero amenities other than a shared basement frig. It took 10 minutes for someone to show up to check us in and she was truly not experienced in anything hotel related. This was by far the noisiest place we have ever stayed at.
The price. I expected something at least a bit more decent. Even though I specified that we were traveling with 2 dogs, at arrival time we were told an additional 28 dollars per dog per night would be added.
