Superb

Mostly I checked in and stayed in my room but the staff that I did have interactions with were very friendly and helpful. My room was very clean and I was very comfortable.

Nothing about hotel made me like it.

Staff made false info about hotel being closed due to storm. Said that they are all told to evacuate. But that was a lie.

Great when everything works.

Friendly and courteous staff. The cookies are a great touch.

The elevator was offline. Instead of offering to help move gear and equipment upstairs as a courtesy for the elevator being offline, it was offered at an additional charge. No courtesy was offered outside of an initial apology.

I didn't like my staying here

The hotel is aged. I don't know who are the people who said it's super clean with superb facilities, I read and trusted their review! It didn't make any sense when I arrived and saw my self. We had a nightmare at first night with the bathroom and toilet. I claimed for a refund. The carpet inside is filthy. The sofa smells like pee (really). Some people smoke joint or something and that's why the entire elevator stinks. One dreyer out of two at laundry room was broken. We needed to move all semi wet clothes to another one. I would give this hotel 3 point

Disgusting Never Again

We told the hotel someone was smoking Marijuana in the pool around our softball players no one did anything besides say the girls were to loud in the pool. Will never go back ever! Hotel had roaches, bed bugs and horrific breakfast. The staff besides one gentleman was rude and non helpful. They had homeless people running the halls and sleeping in the lobby at night. Really horrible hotel never again

the front desk agent on may 20 2023 both were super helpfull and friendly extremely the man on the night shift even go outside and help me to find a parking spot

customer service was outstanding , that was the only good thing , hotel was overpriced for the quality , bathroom was , broken , i cant said dirty but rusty bad condition, shower was horrible , the inside carpets were old and dirty , bed was uncomfortable and the duvet smell old , the hotel looks nice from outside and the lobby was nice too , but it was really overprice for the quality of the room, i paid $234 for one night with $200 deposit , no worthless at all

Breakfast was amazing! Rick at the front desk was beyond phenomenal such a gem y’all are lucky to have him. Check in and out was a breeze.

Overbooked

The front desk clerk acted as though she cared. She stated that they were sold out prior to the confirmation from Booking com and said it was Booking.com's issue. I reserved two days prior to the stay.

They could not provide a room for us and referred us to Comfort Inn, which we had to pay more for since it was last minute and only had rooms with two double beds, instead of queens - also, it wasted over 2 1/2 hours of our vacation and really got my wife upset.

Friendly Staff, but the hotel needs some TLC

Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and helpful

There is a charge on my card for amenities that should have come off my card by now and it is still there. there Really was not anything to buy so I do not understand the hold. The American Flag out front needs to be replaced. it is tattered and faded. Be PROUD! The "smoking area" Gazebo was full of Marijuana leavings. it could use some TLC out there. The mattress was horrible! the most uncomfortable night's sleep I have ever had in a hotel.

Very disappointed customer

Location was near where I had to go.

The room was not at all what I expected. There were problems from the beginning upon arrival and we wanted to leave but that was never resolved and have been waiting for an answer that we never received about cancelling the stay for the second night without penalty. I was asked to sign a paper about payment when I had already paid by PayPal online. The room and service didn't match the cost. Plus the incidentals deposit was $300.00. It's not that much at the Marriott hotel . The linen is very old and thin. The comforter on the bed was really thin, it was replaced by one with a stains and it is torn. The top cover was paper thin. The blanket for the sofabed had holes in it, it was replaced by a comforter that has been torn also. The dead bolt on the door doesn't work. I had to lift up on the refrigerator door to close it. The handle on the door for the microwave is missing a screw. I don't want to be charged extra for any of these things. I took pictures of everything. I'm very disappointed as I expected better quality from this brand of hotel. I have stayed at other locations and had quite a different experience and expectations. The images are quite misleading on the internet. Quite frankly I would like to be refunded.
