Beautiful location, near a creak surrounded somewhat by trees
Ice machines in first floor were broken, there was communication to that also the entry seemed a little hidden to gain access to the hotel

Neat, comfy bed, good location, good breakfast included. Beautiful pool with towels and table & chairs. Staff were always nearby and working.
Pool is chilly, but that’s just me.

I love the staff. Also the free breakfast it's the best out of any hotel I've stayed at!
The rooms aren't as clean as they used to be. I actually found bugs in my room had to switch rooms.

I like the convenience of the location. It’s not far from where I travel while I’m there.
My key did not work I was told to just prop my door open If I wanted to go to the pool which I would be leaving my belongings open to be possibly stolen. There was kids running and yelling my entire stay down the hallways I could hear them from the pool area even with it enclosed.
