Holiday Inn Express & Suites Cheney by IHG

Good breakfast and the room size is great.

A little noisy and too expensive for a Cheney hotel. Still the best one in town though.

How super clean the room and building was.

Not being sandwiched in a room between people yelling at their video games and a room with kids. Didn’t help that the walls were paper thin and I could hear everything.

Location and breakfasts were decent. I liked that I was able to print a document that I needed from the computer in the dining area.

My room was never cleaned during my 3 day stay. The trash was not taken out, no new towels, low toilet paper, and no change of sheets. They said they posted a sign saying that they were short staffed and the room would not be cleaned. I saw the cleaning cart in the hallway, but it never came too my room. When I complained a out the lack of service, whenI returned from my trip, they did not offer any discount on the room because I paid through booking.com. The person at the main desk said she could not change the rate on the room. Yet, there is still a $50 hold on my credit card (meaning they have the number and could credit back to the card). It is completely unacceptable to charge full price for a room without providing your full service.
