The quality of the room and how clean it was
When I ask a simple question to the staff, they were not nice. They were passive aggressive.

VERY nice complementary breakfast. Room was clean and well-maintained. Temperature inside was always what we needed. Everyone there was friendly and obviously wanted us to feel at home.

The room was clean, the staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast was typical of motels. The bathroom was good for a handicap person and was clean with a good supply of linens.
The mattress was sooo soft, we kept rolling to the center of the bed. It was difficult for my handicap husband to sit on the edge without sliding off. We were in a handicap room but it was so small he had difficulty walking around the bed with a walker. I doubt someone in a wheelchair could have managed.
