The hotel was clean and had a really good hot tub. You can do laundry or use the gym. The staff super helpful.
The breakfast was not very tasty. Very basic with waffles of a strange consistency.

The amenities had a really good breakfast, and their gym was fully equipped
I called the front desk about the room, not been properly cleaned the bathtub pad. Dirt stains behind the nightstand was really dirty. The TV in my room didn’t work so well and the phone cord was chopped off. Also, the door of the bathroom had a big hole like if somebody hit it.

staff reception very unwelcoming and not friendly. I arrived at the property around 11pm as previously informed to the hotel. my stay was prepaid and I had requested a room on ground floor previously and received a communication from the property that they could accommodate my request. when I arrived there was a receptionist there named Katie. did not smile, did not say welcome or anything, she had a grumpy face and asked for my ID. she took a long time looking in the computer - for a guest arriving tired, a pre paid check in should be fast- she gave me a key for a room on the 3rd floor. I inquired if she could place me on the ground floor since I had requested and the property had confirmed earlier.
she simply said: I can't, I have a full house and if you want I can refund you and you are welcome to go to another property. she said the confirmation sent to my by the property that they would accommodate my request did not mean anything. I never saw such horrible reception before. I will make sure, to never return to this property again.
