Good location and excellent breakfast
The room was also very spacious
Pillows were too soft and the water pressure was either too low or maybe the shower head needs to be changed
Since we were only staying for the night, we disregarded the slight discomfort
Overall room facilities were comfortable

Breakfast Quality & Variety: The breakfast food itself was delicious and varied! Every day there was something new offered, and they had great oatmeal/porridge options with lots of delicious toppings.
Housekeeping & Cleanliness: Housekeeping was superb! They cleaned everything thoroughly, left the room spotless and neat, and made sure we had fresh towels.
The Room & Beds: The room itself was very comfortable, spacious, and nicely furnished with great, comfortable beds.
Maintenance Response: When we reported an issue with ants, the staff reacted quickly and tried to resolve it right away.
Breakfast Operations & Logistics: Despite the food quality, the breakfast area management was frustrating. On one occasion, we came down to find almost everything completely gone—even basic disposable forks were missing, and there was no hot water available to make tea. When I pointed this out, there was no reassurance from the staff about when things would be refilled.
Check-in & Room Placement: Upon arrival, we were offered an "upgrade" to a room with a sofa. However, this room was right across from the main entrance and next to the breakfast area. Knowing it would be very noisy (starting from 6:00 AM for breakfast and late into the night), we asked for a change. The receptionist initially said no other rooms were available, though she eventually placed us on the second floor after some insistence.
Pest Issue: On our second day, we noticed a long line of ants running around the sink. Although staff acted quickly when informed, the fix only lasted about a day and a half before the ants returned.
Room Maintenance: One of the light bulbs in our room kept flickering incessantly.

The hotel accepted my reservation for 5 people but when I got there there was only 2 queen beds, no cot no sofa bed. Initially the hotel even refused to give me a refund. But after I wrote a bad review I received an email from them authorizing a full refund. I wanted to update my review to say the hotel did finally do the right thing.
We arrived at 12 AM and it was vey upsetting to find out the reservation wasn't for 5 people at all. But we were able to find another hotel, without any help from the receptionist. After initially refusing to refund my payment the hotel did finally give me a full refund. I wanted to up date my initial review to say that the hotel did respond and I do appreciate that they agree that accepting reservation for 5 people, and only offering 4 people accommodations, deserved a full refund.
