I don’t recommend that hotel …

My weekend was terrible … I never thought that the room 109 was nasty sorry for the word but it’s true. All the set of sheet was stained and cover pillows was dirty. Bad service and that hotel never changed of blanket. I called the front desk respect of the room. She told me I pick-up of sheet. Because they didn’t have the service for changed the sheets. We did the changed the blankets and sheet. So the hotel is a very bad conditions. I don’t recommend there and they never told me. A refund for this

parking was a little challenging. safety latch, safety bar were broken. bathroom light was slightly broken (jiggle to turn on). ac wasn’t working

Great place to stay.

The room was clean and they provided in room coffee and tea and also in the lobby.

They didn't provide continental breakfast any longer. It will be prettier when the pool is redone and clean.

Cheap and simple

Cheap and simple. Big rooms (separate 2 rooms for a family of 4).

the place is not modernised, but it did not bother us as it was clean and cheap for a 1 night of stay. Pool was out of order with no water.

Dried leaves from the trees next to the building flew onto the corridor and no one clean it. It is so unsightly.

It is an exceptable hotel for us to stay 1 night

This hotel is near freeway and old downtown of SLO. It has free hot drink in the morning. The room is ok for us to take rest on the road trip.

The bathroom needs to renovate, it is old.

Was not worth the rate at all. Overpriced, outdated, room was worn down, minimal outlets, could be cleaner.

It was disappointing

I didn't really like anything about this hotel. The staff were nice and location was good

I didn't enjoy staying here. It needs an update and bathroom renovation The toilet seat was stained and mould like substance on bathroom window ledge If I had known it was like this i would not have stayed. The photos did not show how it truly was

Amazing! One of the best we've enjoyed!

The location was perfect, the staff were extremely friendly and kind. The price was very reasonable, and the accommodations were comfortable, up-to-date, and not worn. We got more than we thought we would. We will be staying here again!!

old, dingy, dark, depressing.

This was a bad experience. I have three kids at school in SLO and I have stayed at so many other hotels and this is the worst. We stayed for graduation OVERPRICED, we get it - its sold out, but you should NOT charge more than $100 for a room of this low quality. It was DARK in the bathroom, not ideal for grad. parties and festivities. The bed was well it felt like a very old mattress. The furniture could have been improved by going to IKEA, it was SO dated, old and dingy. I think that this hotel needs to invest in its guests, they could easily paint and throw up some wall art (there was NONE) and then charge what similar hotels charge...but this mediocre hotel needs to not prey on the parents of SLO students in need of rooms on busy weekends. MINOR changes would be respected, move on to the next hotel this one is NOT a go.
