The location was great, very convenient to everything we wanted to explore. Room was clean, staff very friendly and helpful. All appliances, clean and in working order. Plenty of hot water.
Missing kitchenette table in our room, compared to pic online.
Bloody napkin in stairwell all 5 days we were there.
Coffee machine in room might be nice.

The location was amazing honestly. Staff was really kind.
Poor cleaning service. Seems like only the sheets & towels get changed because everything else was dirty. I had to put towels in the tub to cover the mold. My room was also very small with nowhere to put my things on & with the floor being dirty we had to leave our things on our bed. There was left over food on the floor (pretzels) and my autistic son almost ate them.
