The staff was above and beyond helpful! Loved getting a text Upon arrival and during the stay asking how our stay was and if we needed anything. It was a nice touch. The hotel was under a remodel but the hotel did its best to make sure guests needs were met despite the construction. Great location. Close to everything.

Great location near restaurants and stores. The place was pretty clean. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was pretty good.

It was almost impossible to contact hotel!!! š„µ
The internet listed 3 different phone numbers and it would NOT let me talk directly to hotel!! The 3rd time some person said they would transfer me, only to be placed on hold for 28 minutes, I hung up!!!!

Location and the room was nice
Was there from Thursday - Sunday . Housekeeping came once at 5:30 on Saturday and emptied trash and brought towels - never made the bed ever. Sign up that housekeeping comes every other day - seriously? Housekeeping daily she be included in the rate. Provide only two towels in a room designed for 2 people and those are to last 2 1/2 days. Substandard. Elevator was seriously sketchy and scary.
