Room was clean and nice. Check in staff was friendly.
While a great hotel, it is on the pricier side that does dynamic pricing, so I always check hotel rooms closer to the actual date and usually see rooms cheaper

It was very clean, the staff was friendly, a nice restaurant on site and if you like sports, LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!
Unfortunately the coffee maker was not working but they were great and made it right.

We were attending an event nearby so the location was great. I also enjoyed that I got to look out my window and see the T-Mobile Stadium
I didn't like that as soon as I pulled in the valet staff made me feel like I HAD to do valet parking, they didn't tell me I could park my own car. I also didn't like that when I wanted to get something from my car, a valet staff member had to walk me to my car and stand outside of my car while I retrieved my items. The night we stayed, there was a VERY LOUD party at the Hat Back bar and grill across the street. The music was SO LOUD and went ALL NIGHT. This was very frustrating.
