Comfortable Pet-Friendly Hotel and an Easy Walk to Downtown Los Gatos.

We were traveling with two small dogs. The room set up was very good. Very good access on the ground floor for dog walking and garage. The area was quiet but an easy walk to cafes and variety of restaurants. Los Gatos seems to be very dog friendly.

Toll House could use a some routine decor upgrade (bathrooms, paint, rugs, etc.). Security in the underground parking garage didn't seem very good.

We love this hotel as we got married here

Some of the rooms need servicing- ours had a broken usb port on the table

Will never stay again.

Location for family.

Poor quality bedding. Staff not engaging. Restaurant closed every Sunday and Monday with no notice in on line booking unless you specifically go to restaurant hours site.

It’s cheaper to book through the website and notbookings.com

it was clean atmosphere is great. They have a nice patio area to hang out with family.

make sure when you reserve your room to not get a room with a balcony that faces the street. We were woken up at 4 AM by garbage trucks, deliveries,Traffic did not sleep at all

Convenient and Clean

The hotel was convenient to the town and the staff was friendly.

While it was clean and the staff was friendly , it just seems a little tired. other than that is was a very nice place.

The breakfast was lackluster. Wasn't expecting a huge offering, the bagged pastry and sad fruit was unfortunate.

Toll House cares about their customers and listens when you have a concern.

Check-in was very nice. You are greeted with a smile and offered some wine or cookies upon your arrival, which is a welcome touch after traveling. Breakfast was very minimal (coffee/tea, packaged pastry and fruit), but nice that something was offered to get you on your way out the door.

One of the two indoor treadmills was out of service, but I let the hotel know about it.

Proximity to down town.

When checking in it was very difficult to find the reception desk from the street. it’s dark at the entrance and poor signage indicating where to go.

We absolutely love the ambiance, the room we had was amazing The amenities were great and the restaurant Due Dieci was incredible! We also love the gym and the front desk was very warm and professional We can’t wait to return

The parking Gary flooded in one area.
