For me, the location was perfect, very walkable.
The room is dated, and the bed squeaked.

The location is the main reason I stay there. Also, least expensive hotel in Los Gatos, that being said, it is still high for what you get.
The beds need to be replaced.

Location & Safety
Outdated room. Bed slanted towards middle of bed & uncomfortable. Charged my credit card before checking in and that was not the agreement. Staff not at front desk, door locked & unavailable for 45 minutes past my check in time. Also not available to check out in person on departure, no one available & door was locked with the office hours posted as being there in attendance. I was disappointed because I stayed at this property twice in 2022 & it was a supreme place to stay.
