Is Hampton Inn in decline?!

It looked like a Hampton Inn.

My bed was on a cheap metallic frame that creaked every time I moved. Sometimes it sounded worse than a sound effect in a horror movie. The gym had some sort of weight machine that was broken and dangerous and no one made any attempt to put it out of service even after I told the front desk. The bottled soap in the bathroom is a poor replacement for good old bar soap.

It was nice and clean, quiet, and the breakfast was A-1!

Not that good

The location of the property was very good. I like the fact it was in walking distance to restaurants and other hotels.

First and far most the room was really over priced to me for what I received. The atmosphere of the hotel was a little dark from what I'm use to. I've stayed at the Hampton before in my travel and it was always bright and the rooms were that of great quality! I couldn't sat that this time. I was appalled at the price of the room and when I got to my room, I felt like I was at a 3 star hotel!! To top it off the breakfast was good, but I had a problem with the attendee over the breakfast WATCHING us until we got out breakfast and left! That really PISSED me off!

I will stay here again, clean comfotable room, great location, misc items avail in lobby!

Location was great. Breakfast was usual basic items. Sufficient in variety.

Housekeeping needs to clean better under the rim of the toilets. This needs much more attention.

I love staying with Hampton inn.

Breakfast was ok but there's always room for improvement.

The tub needs to upgraded and there's no need for rugs. Rugs hold too many odors and it doesn't matter how often they are cleaned especially when they are old.

Nice location near expressway. Clean property with smiling staff who seem to enjoy their job.

Poor

When we arrived, we had to wait until after 5pm for our room to be cleaned so we could check in. Once in the room, The air conditioning was broken and after asking multiple times to have someone review, the maintenance person arrived after midnight to repair the AC.

Had a very pleasant Stay at the Hampton inn in Jacksonville Florida. Very clean close to our event we were going to.

That we couldn't stay any longer because of our traveling back to our home in Altamonte springs Florida.

Your refund policy is horrible! When there is an extenuating circumstance with proof. Honor it!!!!

There was no breakfast, it was discontinued. Location to I-95 was great.
