Great stay, love Lake Tahoe

Nice property, loved the lake view, close to everything.

Wasn’t a fan of no a/c, but opening the doors and letting the breeze come thru worked perfectly.

Please train your front desk team to be polite and professional

The only good thing was the lake view.

The front desk team was very rude and have zero customer service experience, the sauna was just a decoration and cold. Shower door was broken and cannot close.
