We had a wonderful family stay! The room was clean and spacious, and the lake and mountain views were amazing. We enjoyed a barbecue, and my kids even practiced karate!
The bed wasn’t very comfortable. Also, the grassy area directly outside our room had a lot of goose droppings, so the kids didn’t want to play there. Keeping that lawn cleaner would make the experience even better.

It was like stepping back about twenty years when you got everything in the room i.e.: note pad with pen, writing desk, book with local attractions, dining out suggestions. This room had it all. Thank-you!!!
Not a thing. We were completely satisfied with the stay.

A bit of a hiccup regarding clean and fresh towels, and the disposal of used or dirty towels.
Staff accommodated well.
