Room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Quiet relaxing atmosphere.
1 daytime clerk was absolutely obnoxious and rude. All the other staff was quite friendly and helpful.

The coffee was good.
The beds are not comfortable. They need a box spring or a better mattress. I cannot walk as a result of a sore back from them.

The beds were clean & comfortable. Furnishings were good. The staff were friendly.
The exterior door handle to the rear entrance was broken off, and the desk clerk was not even aware of that.
The bathroom was small, hair all over the floor, and the tile grout and the sealer around the shower surround were dirty.
