Pleasant

Had working elevator, breakfast was OK, room was clean, internet and TV worked. AC worked to keep the room cool.

Train runs near the hotel. Hallways were very warm. Breakfast was limited. Staff was not very accommodating, asked for a first-floor room, and was blown off.

We made it work, but we won’t stay there again

Nice indoor pool. Good breakfast and staff was nice

Hallways smelled like weed. Rooms were a little dirty. We saved money but it wasn’t worth it. I wish I had spent more to get something cleaner.

staff was very friendly and helpful breakfast was very good

hallways were gloomy. too dark. Never put food or drink items in bathroom. Coffee & coffee pot should not be in bathroom.

Disappointing

The location

The hotel wasn’t appealing at all. The hotel looks like it’s under construction. The hallway was dirty. The water felt slimy for some reason when we were taking a shower. I had a non smoking room and the room still smelled like cigarettes. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again. The hotel needs some serious upgrades.

Great price for a comfortable stay

the location was perfect and the price was great. the pool was phenomenal and the staff was very nice

the breakfast wasn’t as good as expected but that wasn’t a big deal just my weird taste buds.

Exactly what we needed.

we were going down to see the children’s grandparents. It was only a few miles away from their house. The staff was exceptional. Could not have asked for a nicer people. Everyone that was there was super nice and had great personalities. Will definitely stay there again the next time we go back to that area.

there was nothing that I did not like about the property. It was fine the way it was.

Booking.com is a rip-off

The friendly, accommodating staff! You have a winning team, here. The building had some aging issues that needs some corporate financial input. It's understandable that the building is showing signs of age and corporate budgets are generally the real culprits when situations like this occur. The corporate office usually lays this responsibility on their onsight management but we both know these decisions to allow these units to decay are generally due to corporate budgeting. You've got a great crew here, just give them a little support. 😉

Booking.com is the most unethical way to book a hotel room. I would disassociate my business from these international con artists asap. Booking.com has bilked millions from trusting clients. It cost me $600. to learn this. Booking.com should be banned.

The staff was nice, they allowed us to do a late checkout. No complaints!!!

The property and the rooms was nice and clean. We will be back in July for our national church convention.

Good just took money they didn't have coming

My stay was great. But I was charged an extra $83 and change in my account ill have to call my bank cause comfort inn is saying they didn't take that extra money my statement says it did.

That they took more money from my card

A superb place to stay, several eating places close by, The Best Western Tap and Grill was great!

Breakfast was good and hot but would have liked biscuits and gravy, maybe some bacon strips also. The location was great as were attending a wedding at the Pere Marquette Lodge and the drive to the Lodge was worth the whole trip along the river road.

The television in our room would turn on like any other TV, then after 2 or 3 minutes the screen would darken. I would turn it off then back on the process would repeat itself, really frustrating! That was the only thing that bothered us.
