The bed was very comfortable and the room was nice and spacious.
The fact that the AC was leaking water so the carpet was soaked on that side of the room. The toilet kept running and I would have to shake the handle to make it stop. Lastly more outlets beside the bed preferably on the nightstand n would be good. I had to unplug the alarm clock to plug in my adapter.

The staff were very friendly, polite, and very informative. The room was spacious and very clean. It was such a quiet stay, not noisy, or appear to be overcrowded. The Hyatt was I'm walking distance to restaurants, with Texas Roadhouse being right next door to yhe hotel. Conveniently located to Columbus State since we were there for my son's orientation, it was great as well.
I would have love for there to have been a microwave in the room so we could have reheated our take out meals. Plus with the room being the size it was, it would have been nice to have 2 tvs. One in the seating area and the other in the sleeping area.

Staff was friendly, breakfast was the top tier.
I told the front desk there was a huge dead roach in my room and they told me they would tell maintenance, maintenance came and didn’t want to clean it up.. found out they had multiple dead bugs up under the couch.. I only moved the couch because there was a beetle flying around in my room , I tried to kill it an it fell behind the couch, when I moved the couch I found multiple dead bugs.. we slept with the lights on for two days straight. I couldn’t wait to leave.
