The location of the property. The lobby was clean and welcoming and the amenities were easy to access.
It was not as nice as the pictures depicted. There was mold in our bathroom all over the ceiling and the vent fan was hanging out from the ceiling in the bathroom. The heater didn’t work. The bedding was dingy and had stains. The shower was not clean. All the furniture was dinged up and the chair had dried up crumbs, hair and dust all over it. You could never find the receptionist.
