I liked that the room I was given was close to the lobby, and had an accessible bathroom. Bed was comfortable, room was clean. The staff was helpful and understanding. I would stay there again if I were visiting Massena.
My room was accessible, at least as far as the door (heavy) and bathroom (great). However there was furniture in the way making entry past the bed difficult. I had to move it. Staff told me they weren't aware of the problem, and would fix it.

Staff was very friendly and towels and sheets were changed daily. Good location close to stores and food/gas stations
