The staff was super helpful, the location was great, the parking lot was well lit, and the value was incredible!
The elevator was out of order, and the pool has been down for years. But the staff was very open, honest and communicative about both. They offered to cancel my reservation at no charge if either was a deal breaker. And then gave a discount for the elevator inconvenience.
