Felt safe with the court yard arrangement and well lit. Plenty of parking to accommodate our small trailer. Quiet. Convenient to the highway, but far enough away not to hear alot of highway noise. Affordable price. Laundry was a nice bonus. The breakfast looked fine but I can not eat wheat (gluten) therefore I could not eat any of the food offerings except coffee. However there is a great diner across the road that was perfect for breakfast as well as diner. (Although it's a bit dangerous to cross the 6 lane road on foot, so we drove.)
Wish there had been a gluten-free option for breakfast. The single outlet is far from the bed, so if you want to look at your device in bed while charging you need an extra long cord.

First, understand this is a very old building that has been quickly "fixed up" on a tight budget many times over the years and it is also an super economy class location, if you are expecting the latest and greatest amenities & a high level of personal service this isn't the place for you.
That said, I have stayed here for Carlisle events, it is a convenient location, bathroom, bed, wifi & parking. It is decently clean, quite quiet from the traffic standpoint and everything works, the beds have all been very good. There is an excellent diner right across the road if the basic breakfast doesn't suit you.
Go into it knowing what it is and not expecting what it can't be.
