Where would you like me to start? The staff the room the over all building? Let’s start with the staff the lady there seemed to be ok but after I requested to check the room before I move my stuff into the room she became uncooperative stated “ the rooms are check every hr to make sure they are up to standards “ which I replied that’s great but I’d still like to check the room out I have had some bad experiences at hotels and motels so I wanted to check it for my self. Now comes the building it’s 100% disgusting, as I was walking the hall to get to the room which was on the upper landing there was trash in the stair way legitimate boxers laying on the stairs rats running up the stairs smelled like human piss and garbage you could hear people arguing before you even got up the stairs once is normal every human argues at some point but that’s besides the point when they are arguing over a crack rock finally get to the room after dodging numerous rats spiders and crack heads asking for money. Now onto the room as soon as you opened the door to the room you got a nose full of a horrific smell that can only be described as death so I go about my business I check the bed which the cover has burn holes all over the place which I remove the blanket to find that the sheet has about a foot maybe more of a blood stain on the sheet I tear the sheet off the bed to see that the blood stain was on the mattress it’s self as of the point I say screw it I close the door to the room and go back to the front office and I explain to the lady at the desk that the room was not clean it has never been cleaned by the site of the room I explain that the blanket has burn holes the room smelled like death and the mattress and sheets had a giant blood stain I would like another room she tell me there is nothing open and she just check that room her self which if that was the case she would have known it wasn’t clean I tell her I want a full refund and that she needs to go check that room again

Room was very dirty, Rochas, stain sheets... also bathroom was filthy..... very uncomfortable place to stay

I never got to check in! the attendant was not in the office, had a sign saying they were in the laundry room I check there wasn’t there. I was there for 45 mins waiting and no one ever came! I had to stay else where because I couldn’t even check in.
