Musty smell when we entered the lobby, and throughout the hotel much of the day, breakfast lacked variety, issues with the television in the room not working, a/c was leaking in first room, and we had to move, and the a/c was leaking again in the second room, and we were told a repair slip would be written but it (and the tv) would likely not be looked at until the day after we were scheduled to check out. The left side elevator made creaking sounds during operation, lurched to a stop, and the door seemed to hesitate in the midst of opening a number of few times throughout the week. We were told it had been inspected and all was well. In the afternoon on a Saturday we asked the person at the front desk about a package that should have been received, and they told us no one would be checking the mail because it was raining. The pictures on the booking site depict a pool which was part of the reason we booked this hotel, and the pool is actually non-existent. The pool that used to be there has been filled in with concrete and painted over, and now serves as a patio. The hotel staff stated they have requested the website be updated to indicated there is no longer a pool here.
