Easy to get to from freeway and Arden main roads. Close to a few known restaurants.
Smaller parking lot, shared with restaurants. I reported a car doubled parked in two parking spots to management while the parking lot was full.

Most of the staff (front desk, cleaning) were kind and helpful.
The young man who checked us in was very unhelpful. We had requested a handicap accessable room and I even mentioned it at the time of check in. However when we arrived to our room, it was a full sized room and the bathroom was covered with ants. However, I alerted the staff on day 3 and they kindly transfered us to a handicapped accessable room.
Breakfast was only a couple types of fruit, stale cereal and lumpy oatmeal
