Location was great! Lu was at the Front Desk when we arrived. We got into our room and noticed how warm it was, we stayed in there for 2 hrs and I mentioned to her the room was not getting any cooler. We ended up after our 3rd room with everything being what we expected with our room. My point is Lu continued to strive to make our stay a good one. A lot of the issues were not something she could control. Lu I appreciate all that you did to help us that evening! Thank you!!

The room was nice clean the pool was amazing and the breakfast was great
It was in the area I was going so it made it very easy

Beds were very comfortable pillows pretty good also
The breakfast does not start until 7am, room struggled to stay cool, very expensive for what it is.
