Extremely friendly staff, everything was very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast bar, but was warm and consistently full.
Nothing that I can think of, it was a great price and wonderful facility.

Normally it takes a while for me to fall asleep. As soon as my head hit that extremely soft pillow and bed, I was out like a light. Got quiet at a respectable time
I didn't like the fact that I wasn't suppose to pay until I got to check in. Instead they take it out 2 days before the actual day for IF I wanted to cancel, therefore throwing my account into overdraft, which was definitely covered from savings acct. But nevertheless was taken out when it wasn't suppose to be!!! What if I had wanted to cancel on the 20th? My money was already taken, I didn't like that at all! So as I'm shopping for my daughter's wedding it's continuously over drafting and charging me fees from my savings account. 😱

my ONLY COMPLAINT is the terrible mattress on pull-out sofa!!! the coils/spring left indentations on my body, I'm sure!!! please update !!!!! the whole reason i got this room was for me to take the sofa while my 2 friends got the king bed! they did not complain about th bed. but we all tried the pul;lout and it is the worst ever!!!
on a good note, the shower head was adjustable - i appreciated that.
