The rooms were good size.

I think the restaurant was a bit pricing but food was good.

Amazing location and great character to the property

Linen was not clean, furniture felt really unclean too. When asked for linen to be changed- the staff just dropped off linen in the room for guests to change. The pillows were of strange size and pillowcases were too big for them. Overall not what you expect for nearly 400 USD per night.

Nice bed in the suite. Nice separate bedroom. Nice hot tub going inside and out.

The lobby and bar were cold. They didnt have the regular heat on just the fire place...so I was shivering at the bar. I did like the bar and the bar staff were all wonderful! Such great people!!! Wish you could get food delivered from across the road from the lodge, to get pizza for kids in the room. We also did not want to take tired kids to the fancy restaurant on sight....couldn't walk down the hill or ride the shuttle later to the lodge when our kids were too tired. But we used door dash and got A Round Pizza delived through door dash and it was excellent! It is a nice place overall. We cooked in the room for a lot of our meals. Next time I would bring my own pan. There was not a decent sized pan for the oven. Just a tiny cookie sheet. Nothing big enough to cook chicken. Everything worked fine for some other cooking though. Definitely great to be able to cook some yourself with a nice full kitchen. We did walk down the hill during the day and ride the shuttle back. The shuttle driver was so nice. He saw us walking down the hill and gave us a ride to show us where to wait to ride back up. Everyone was helpful and friendly 10/10 for staff. You should be able to charge food at the water park to your room. We didn't get food at the water park because I didn't want to leave my credit card unattended while swimming. No complaints just a couple suggestions on like being able to order food at the water park and charge it to your room and being able to order food from the ski lodge to the main hotel. Very nice and clean. We liked it.
