The location and owner was very nice. The room was ok with cleanness, but it smelt very musty. The carpet needs to be shampooed and the room should be updated some, esp the bed because it was not very comfy. The people upfront in the apartment part of it was very noisy and kept us up until almost 3 am because you could hear them through the walls.
I mainly did not like the bed and musty smell of the room, and how noisy the people in the apartment were upfront

The room was clean, very small but clean. Fairly comfortable. The bathroom shows age but, again, spotless. The tv initially gave us trouble and since I need background noise to sleep, it was an issue. There was an awful smell, apparently from something left behind by another visitor somewhere outside the room. Both issues resolved quickly. The inn is right outside Oswego, easy to get to everything in a few minutes.
On the site, it was stated "pay at the property" so we planned to do that. We were unaware a deposit was required prior to arrival. Received a couple of emails to that effect but when I called the office regarding the matter I was told it was pre authorizing. There really are no services to buy once you're in the room, no room service, no movies, no breakfast. That's fine, we don't need that stuff. Why such a fuss when checking in and not wanting to use a credit card? That was resolved, no hard feelings but it was confusing. We were visiting our daughter and these visits will be fairly regular. We would like to know this is a good choice to use again.
