Great location (middle of the keys). Friendly staff. Many included facilities such as use of beach chairs, umbrella, paddle boards, canoe, helmets, bodyboards, ...
Spacious room. Clean towels. pool, hammock, BBQ, 1 free bag of ice, ...
Parking on the premises.
Snacks and coffee in the morning.
They are doing a great job trying to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Although we liked our stay very much the following point of attention should be pointed out.
Cleanliness! Plates, glasses and cutlery were not clean upon arrival (sticked to the shelf). Shower could have been cleaner (drain).
We like to walk barefoot and after the first hours our feet had black soles which makes us wonder if the room was cleaned before. We would have liked to address this to the staff during our stay, unfortunately we started very early and got back in rather late.
I would like to add that besides this point of attention, we've had a wonderful stay.
In General: Beware of the fact that if you should visit the Keys in August, chances are that there is a lot of seagrasses on the shores which can produce also a nasty odour.
There is no beach at the premises, only a line of rocks to enter the ocean. Our mistake to presume that there was one by looking at the pictures.

Location outside is beautiful. Pier, beach, clean pool, lots of parking and so quiet!
We stayed in unit 6. A couple things to consider:
Sun is so bright and there are no curtains. The bedroom especially needs them . Sun comes right in.
Can you spare more hangers? There were 3 , and all mismatched.
No bathroom outlet, inconvenient .
Floors could use a mopping. We got the towels and bath mat dirty from the get go. Felt gritty.
