The room was tastefully furnished and the bathroom was a good size. I liked that the soap and shampoo dispenser were wall-mounted. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet in the hallway. It was a little cool in the room but we were able to adjust the thermostat. The night clerk was pleasant and figured out why she couldn't find us in the reservation system. I had put the next day's date in rather than that day. But she revised our dates, and we were able to stay for the night. The hotel is in a good location.
The bed was comfortable but the pillows....I struggled to position my head comfortably on them. Maybe for guests in the future, you could have a few pillows available for people who need more head support. Those who would like one could ask at the front desk (and maybe pay a small additional fee). I don't know how the breakfast is there because we went to the nearby IHOP. I'm sure Hilton's would have been decent but my husband likes the selection at IHOP.

The staff were great. The room was clean. The sound proof was great. The grounds were clean.
They didn't have a buffet. Not enough breakfast options. Fruit or bagels and so on would have been nice. Not stail generic cereal and over ripe fruit. They had construction going on which kept us from the exits and the pool.

Building inside was in need of repair, carpet was old & dirty, elevators were slow, no water pressure. It smelled no so clean
