Ok, but not as nice as previous visit.

Location

Chose king bed disability access option; when we walked into the room we had queen beds, but chose not to argue because it was 8 PM Bath had no grab bars installed. Housekeeping staff arrived to eat breakfast while we were trying to have a quiet breakfast, and things were being shut down before 9:30.

We have used Booking many times and never had a problem. They were very unprofessional in this instance.

Booking.com did NOT send our reservation!!! Therefore, we did NOT have a room. Booking kept me on hold for 58 minutes arguing back and forth with the hotel. With all of the drama going on and being exhausted we left. Booking still had the audacity of charging us a nights stay as a no show😡

Unfriendly, uncomfortable.

Not much. On a main road, close to food.

Bed was saggy, sunk into the middle of it. Room was on the outside of the hotel, so you heard all the other guests when they went by. Check in staff was very rude, wouldn't even tell me the best way to get to my room. Everyone has a bad day, but I went back to the lobby later for some flyers and heard her just as friendly as can be to other guests.

Big room, but noisy

Big room and comfortable beds. A decent breakfast and great shower.

The desk attendant didn't even mention the pool. The nearby highway noise detracted from the quality of the location. The breakfast coffee was only warm, not hot.

Easy access from the interstate

The listing didn't show that the door were outside and this was a big issue. We could hear every noise from the interstate and other patron. We could not sleep

Need to bring a sound machine next time.

The room and the staff were great.

The only downside we experienced was the fact that all the rooms had exterior doors. All the teenagers and kids from other parties were loud outside our room, talking, knocking on each others doors etc. until past the time we wanted to go to sleep. Plus the unit in the room didn’t get loud enough to drown out the outside noise.

Our stay here was EXCELLENT!

I couldn't wait to write a review!! This place was exceptional. I definitely recommend this location. We stayed 2 nights. Both nights were great! Front desk check in attendant was amazing! Front desk check out attendant was amazing! Parking was great. Location was safe and quite. Breakfast was awesome! Clean and comfortable rooms. Nice housekeeping service ladies. Clean clean clean. And last but definitely not least. Trina Brown the manager was PHENOMENAL! She cares. And caring matters!! When a person cares about their team and care about their guest. It's a win win! And it was obvious this place is ran well by her!! I would definitely stay here again! Thanks Best Western Vicksburg for making our trip a great one!!

other times were better than this.

I love the location and the fact it is never noisy and rooms are always clean

The housekeeping staff need to learn how to communicate between each other. I asked one person for towels (female), she brought them right back. I go to take my shower, as I get ready to walk out of bathroom I notice someone (male), walking in my room and they were almost in the bathroom at that point. no knock on door, not announcing themselves, nothing. didn’t put extra lock on door bc husband was on his way back from the store. and yes, I could hear. no tv on and bathroom door was open. I’m quite sure he got a peek. reported it to office, they stated he was doing his job. thought I was checking out. again, that gives you no right to just walk in a FEMALES room unannounced. and I wasn’t checking out til the next day. I feel he was going to go thru my things.
