The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly.
The bathroom door would stick and was difficult to open and made a lot of noise. The continental breakfast wasn’t great. They did not have many filling options for free. They also did not check to restock items and had run out of milk by 8:30 am.

I liked the location and that the pool and hot tub were working.
No microwave in the room. Door isn't latch all the way when shut unless pushed or pulled on pretty hard. Breakfast could have more options like scrambled eggs or meat. The hard boiled eggs were very hard to peel.

The location was good, the rooms and lobby were clean.
The walls were thin and I could hear everything from all directions and from upstairs. When there was an issue with my booking from a third party site and I was short one room, the hotel did not offer for me to book an additional room that night and they tell me there were no rooms available, so I don’t know why that wouldn’t have been their first solution. It was like when I told them it was booked using a different platform, they were unwilling to do anything to help me. The breakfast provided also was not super substantial.
