You get what you pay for

they had hot water, coffee and granola bars for a few hours in the morning. There was a refrigerator in our room. It was quiet. it was in a good location--close to stores, Costco, Walmart, Target, Eden Prairie Center Mall and restaurants. They lent us a pan for the stove top. There was a tv. Linens seemed clean. No signs of bedbugs. They allow pets. It was cheap.

We travel with our dog, so I always look under the beds cuz she gets under them. It was very dusty, there were crackers, chips and bottle caps. I was able to move the beds and we had Clorax wipes, so I wiped up the floors under the beds and around the perimeter of the room, in case it smelled like something she might lick and get sick. The floor was cracked, the tub very worn, a shelf in the fridge fell out because one side was broken. The microwave was broken. No oven. People staying there hung around the lobby and outside smoking and talking, looking like they had nothing better to do. They watched me and made me uncomfortable. I doubt I'd stay there again; better hotels are nearby and I'll pay a little more next time.

Awful

Just the location.

The fact they said they serve breakfast but only had maybe coffee and a few muffins. I’m sorry I thought we would’ve at least gotten some cooked eggs.

It was a good stay for price!!!

It was in a great location and one of the staff it was a new lady, she helped me out a lot and was friendly to my dog

The whole place could use a major update.

Checking out!

The first room was supposed to be smoke free. Definitely wasn't. The second room didn't have hot water. The "breakfast" is granola bars, muffins and oatmeal. The I was disappointed in the facility but the staff was friendly enough.

Not impressed

Location

People smoking cigarettes and pot in the hotel, so it stunk very bad especially since I had a child with me. Our room smelled so bad that my hair smelled like the room in the morning. Some of the towels were dirty and folded back up to look clean. The air vent in our bathroom was completely plugged and looked gross and was just hanging from the ceiling half way off (probably the only way it could suck air out cuz it was so clogged) Had a kitchenette but no utensils, cookware ect provided. Which was probably ok since the drawers that held that stuff were all dirty. Our curtains were broken so we had to clip them shut with hair clips. We overheard a lady complaining to the front desk that she had to go out and buy her own bedding because when she got to her room, her's was dirty and was tired of waiting for someone to change it. I also thought they were supposed to provide a free breakfast, but all they had was coffee and granola bars. And overall it gave out a sketchy vibe that I didn't feel safe leaving my room alone. If i would of known all this before hand, I would of sucked it up and paid more money to stay somewhere else.

The location was convenient but inadequate kitchen furnishings.

I had to request dishes. Didn’t have kitchen knives, paper towels, dishwasher, dish soap, dish drainer, garbage disposal, and Pans didn’t have lids. Milk had been spilled on the floor under the refrigerator and had dried on the floor. When I checked out at 7am no one was at the desk or anywhere I could see.

Comfort on a budget.

I really liked the location, it was convenient for all the things we wanted to do while in Minneapolis. I also thought the staff was very nice and very helpful.

I did not like the grab and go breakfast, I wish there was more hot selections - like bacon and eggs. I also wish the room was stocked with items such as plates, cups, silverware. We had to make an extra trip downstairs to get those items.

The worker at the front desk was beyond disrespectful to me after he took over 45 minutes to get to the front desk and threatened to not give me a room or refund for my pre-payment. He wanted to fight after I told him he was being rude for saying/laughing my work shirt was dirty and wouldn’t cooperate with me until I threatened to call the police and 2 other guests had to talk to him to get him to give me a room key. Not to mention my 2yo daughter was with me. Absolutely ridiculous!

I was there doing an on-line webinar for work and it gave me the peace and quiet I needed.

Convenient location and nice view of the lake! I love that dogs are welcome!

Bad

Absolutely nothing!

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! The room was dirty like they never cleaned it. The room and hallways stunk we had to go get candles for the room. The hallways were dirty and had garbage on the floor. There was dog poor on the floor from someone stepping in it and rubbing it all over the carpet that was never cleaned up. Then to top it all off someone from housekeeping stole my clothes and my kids Nintendo switch. When we went down to the front desk the guy we talked to said that he he called the manager and was waiting on her mind you she lives in the building. I waiting for 45 minute and left.

You get what you pay for.

Easy to find. close to our family.

Needed cleaning. Got into our room & toilet wouldn’t flush , so had to be moved to a different room. Asked for a hair dryer, as soon as I plugged it in it started smoking. Took 30 minutes to find a replacement, by then my hair was a complete frizz so had to wear it up. Staff was friendly though.

The kitchen, the bathroom and the scenery from the window was wonderful.

The construction around the area! It was a wonderful stay but I am sick and tired of every time when I travel some body from DLT is working on the roads and making it very difficult to park! Also the lock on the bathroom door was broken before we entered in.

Good price but pretty dirty inside around the hotel

The bed was comfortable and it was a decent sized room. The room seemed to be pretty clean and for the most part you didn't hear the other guests.

The hotel outside of the room seemed really dirty. There was small trash all over the floors everywhere. I just didn't feel really safe there but was with someone so I was ok. I'm not sure I'd stay there alone though.

I did not like that I called about later check and the guy on the phone said just communicate that when you check in , when I checked in inform lady at front desk what time and she okay good . I asked her and told her what time we wanted to stay till she said that was okay.(3pm) The day of check out my family and I was resting before we had to hit the road someone came at 11 am to clean we informed them that we had late check out and then a hour later someone from the front desk came knocking on the door saying we had to go . My family and I was woke out of our sleep . We I went to return the keys I told the lady what the last person said about it being okay to check out at 3pm …. Her response was “oh” yea sorry. I repeated what I said with a question why did you wake up to leave if that’s the case she said yea there no more you can go back to the room . I said excuse me whyyy would we return to the room after you make up get out the room ?! I didn’t like this at all the communication line need to be fix amongst the staff . We were disturbed! And because this I don’t think I would want to come back to this location. Also, our room smells like it wasn’t cleaned out well from a previous stay it’s Stench of old dog in the room . What happened to the kitchen being ready to cook in ?! Wasn’t any utensils.

Very good

By the way the halls looked we thought the room would be ran down but we were pleasantly surprised by the room condition when we got into it. Staff was nice, price was good. The breakfast was ok would have been better with juice beagle toast stuff like that people expect but all and all was a good place to stay.

Could have been cleaner the tub..there were alot if people hanging around outside and in thier cars seemed scetchy

Not staying here again. And...Quit using COVID as excuse, offer disposable & "to go" items.

Spacious room

Kitchen had stove; however no pans. NO utensils, plates, bowls, etc. (not even disposable). No coffee maker, or breakfast, (not even "to go items" like other places). We could go to front desk if we wanted anything; however, no one was there when we went. Also, who wants to walk all the way down those halls, go down elevator, wait for staff to come back, then carry everything back to the room? NO ice available, make your own from empty trays in freezer. VERY NOISY bathroom fan and couldn't use light without fan. We also heard fans humming from other rooms.
