Location and View for our needs were good
Painting both entrances at the same time making me wait to get to my room, two people in the office not noticing I needed in , painter did and got me in, Dresser drawers opening on their own. need to put check in parking location sign lower to be easier to e screen.

Room was clean, spacious with an outstanding view of the ocean. Staff was friendly, attentive and knew they're business. This is not a high end motel but the staff tries to make it that way. Would come back again.
The building is a little dated (from the ocean winds and moisture most likely) but for me that is a minor negative since the accommodations were excellent otherwise.
