Its decorated cute, clean enough and the bed was pretty comfortable if you can sleep on a memory foam style mattress.
Booking.com let me book a King room and when I got to the Varsity Inn North I was charged the price of a King room upgrade because booking showed me photos of a room and everything. But the lady at the desk said the whole place has no king rooms was very rude about it to my husband and said only the sister location has King rooms and its an error online. She never said sorry or offered to lower our price even though we got a very basic double bedroom. We let it go, but I wish they could have offered something for the error. Check in took about 15 minutes just for the lady to even talk to us and then another 10 after that...it felt tense and unwelcoming. Not everything in the room worked or functioned correctly. The pool is closed and construction is still in the process. only half the building is finished and the front desk area is still not complete.
