The location was great and the facilities very good. The room was very comfortable and large

The ambience was beautiful. The staff was beyond accommodating superfast with any request.
We didn’t like there wasn’t a pool, but there’s a lot of common areas where you can. Relax and enjoy the sun. It was understanding why they didn’t have a pool considering it’s in a residential area and close to the beach

Lovely lobby, bar and patio. Good gym, nice location. Access to free bike hire and in-house driver within 3 miles. Happy hour between 5-7 with complimentary beer and wine. Good food on the menu which runs 7am-7pm.
No barrister style coffee available - had to go over the road for take away. No laundry room either which would have been really useful.

Location was why we stayed there.
A/C system blasted from near ceiling height directly onto the bed. No way to avoid it. Had to turn off all ventilation to sleep. Also, surprise charges of $55 per night to park, $29 per night “Guest Amenity Fee” despite using no amenities, and $10 per night for parking tax. None of this was disclosed on website.
