First world problems.... tv had no guide. The guide that was provided did not match tv. I booked the hotel based on having a open and workable pool - its indoors. When i researched it in person, lights were off but water in pool was circulating. When i googled the site about the pool, i read that it was closed at the beginning of the month (October) for the season. When i spoke to the elderly lady who owns and runs the hotel, she said the pool was open, but the other clientele that stays there are jobbers who wake up super early, so they keep the lights off in that area of the hotel. I booked the hotel on price, and the pool. Im from out of country and did not know the hotel was located on what seemed to be the outskirts of town in the opposite direction of where i needed to be. The internet kept cutting out, and i had to log into the wifi repeatedly. The free breakfast was fruit, and what looked like was premade loaf(s) of shortbread, and coffee. On the upswing, the elderly lady was pleasant to speak to. Cordial and we had a couple of things in common. Understandably, they could definitely use some support from head office.
