We enjoyed our stay at ALO. The bed was comfy. Had one of the best hotel sleeps. Pretty good water pressure in the shower and it was consistently hot. Enjoyed the selection of continental breakfast however, the food wasn’t warm (although the food is in a warmer). Thankfully, there’s a microwave in the room.
Hotel was relatively quiet. Stayed on the first floor and didn’t hear any noise. Wish the ice machine was on the main floor (it’s on 2nd floor and I think 4th). Would for sure stay at this hotel again.
About an 8 - 10 minute drive to Disneyland. Close to the outlet mall and Dave & Buster’s. Easy access to highways. I’ve never paid for hotel parking so the $15 a day was eh, but at least it wasn’t crazy pricey. The parking money gets taken out of the deposit (which was $100).

Good location. Quiet, comfortable. WiFi worked well. Great gym. Complimentary breakfast.
Complimentary breakfast is nice, but wish there was better variety. Also didn’t use the TV because you can’t access the guide and have to keep flipping through the channels.

One front desk staff member did not get her name but she has very long nails was quite rude at check in and tried to charge me again when I prepaid for my room. Customer service needs improvement
