The room was clean and adequate for a one-night stay. It was in a great location, right off the freeway. The staff was friendly and worked hard to accommodate us despite the Booking.com discrepancy, which hadn't actually reserved a room.
The Booking.com discrepancy or lack of connection to the actual property. The reservation was paid a month ahead of the stay date. There was a confirmation #, but when we got to the hotel, they didn't have a record of it in the hotel system. We were lucky they had a room because they were fully booked.

Very nice. Looks high end. Breakfast was good. Beds very comfortable. Always has hot water for showers.
They have a hospitality bar which includes coffee, teas, lemonade and delicious baked cookies during certain hours. My highlight of the day. But the cookies were not put out on Fri, or Sat.

The breakfast was a great selection.
The property look old almost haunted.
We requested an early check in as we were returning from a cruise. They made us pay $30.00 to check in early and when we asked if we can have breakfast the lady behind the counter said no it closed yet it was exactly 10am
They advertised a shuttle service we saw the van out front for the 2 days we were there yet we were told they do not offer a shuttle. The pillows were horrible not comfortable at all, the AC turn off in the middle of the night, and besides that all I heard were sirens throughout the entire night I got very little sleep. For the price not worth it
I will NOT recommend nor stay at this hotel again
