Tired from a red eye flight we arrived several hours before check in time and were repacking our suitcases in the parking lot. We were expecting to leave our suitcases at the front desk and come back after the Gardena bon dance to check in. We went in to leave our suitcases at the front desk and the manager (I am assuming) started to check us in. I asked if it was okay to check in this early and he said of course. What a surprise! We had time to shop at Tokyo Central, eat at In and Out, and take a nap before the bon dance. The room was clean, no smells and felt safe.
Ice machine was broken at the time.

Cold AC, quiet neighbors, location
Cleanliness. Dirty/sticky floors, missing sheets on bedding. Cleaned 1 of 2 day stay. Fridge didn’t work well.
