The location was nice. It is an older facility and they are in the process of renovating. The breakfast was in the office. The room was clean, and bed comfortable. I had a balcony which was nice to leave open to hear the waves. The pool and hot tub were nice. I stayed in a King room with fireplace. I am returning but am looking forward to their upgrades to the hotel. Staff was friendly.
Bathroom near the pool wasn't working. The office smelled, most likely from the old fish tank. The breakfast 'free' was meh!

Great location and cozy. Very close to tourist spots but not so much that it was crowded. Loved how close it was to walk to the beach. Fireplace in the unit was cozy for the late night.
AC unit was complex. I was unable to adjust the temp easily. 1st floor - No private balcony. It was open to the parking lot and the screen door was broken. It was uncomfortable leaving the door and curtain open.

The location of this facility is fantastic and very quiet. The full breakfast in the Lodge was on par with other places we have stayed but there is nothing really special about it.
You can see that ongoing maintenance is being delayed. For example the floors which I imaging had been carpet bur were now a composite floor cause a gap between the floor and wall and no effort had been made to smooth out the rough part of the molding. In the Lodge Parking lot one of the tree roots has grown so large that it caused my car to bottom out

Spa was barely warm and covered in dead mosquitos - our balcony railing had so much dry rot I was concerned it would hold up breakfast was nothing to talk about they don’t offer housekeeping when u stay 2 nights oh and it butts up to a cemetery
