The location was great
The stove in our room was dirty. remote for tv did not work. Had to reprogam our key 3 times in two days. knob was gone off air/ heat. furniture is stained chair, couch and throw pillows.

Lets see , as soon as i arrived to this hotel for almost 20 mins there wasn’t ANYONE at the front desk. I said ok let me go & get food & come back. I come back & a younger individual was finally there. I told him i made a reservation through booking & he said ok, he photo copied my ID & explained the booking reservation didn’t show up yet so i said thats ok & he explained he need it a card on file OBVIOUSLY for incidentals. (No problem i was COMPLETELY fine with that) fast forward to the next day i see 3 charges 1 for the booking.com fee which was $114, then a charge for $139 , then it was reversed then it was Charged AGAIN, I ended up calling & all the man kept saying is Yes the $139 fee is correct. & kept stating i did not book with booking.com & there was NO information for that.The problem is when u make a reservation through booking.com the HOTEL does NOT get paid right away. I ended up handling everything through my bank i was so stressed.

It was nice having breakfast each morning.
They did not make up the bed on Sunday morning. Room key was deactivated when we returned Sunday evening, had to get it reactivated. The bed was extremely hard.

It was the normal stuff you expect to find. The staff did have to come out & refill a few items.
Got home & in checking my credit card bills I found a big difference in the price on the credit card versus the receipt I received. Am waiting to see if credit card co. makes a correction. If not I will call them Value we paid for the room was great. We did not expect to find a full kitchen available. Didnt use as we didn't have time to stay longer.

Lots of pillows
The bed wasn't a queen as advertised, was a full. The TV was not modern, the hotel wreaked of Marijuana. This was difficult with 2 little children. Tiles on the floor in the bathroom were broken this hotel was not worth the money for 3 days.

Small cramped room, bathroom was awkward. Room and furniture were worn, needs to be updated and repaired. Could have been cleaner.

It was near the theater
They gave us one face towel...the bed looked like it hasn't been changed had pubic hairs was all in the bed.phone didn't work curtains couldn't close all the way and the bed right in front of window.

There was NOTHING about this hotel that was good. It was TOTALLY NASTY!!!
The ENTIRE HOTEL IS NASTY, DIRTY AND UNCLEAN IN EVERY WAY. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE INSPECTED AND CLOSED.

Great location, the room is huge and very accommodating.
The only bad thing I have to say about the property is the Wi-Fi. It’s spotty at best and sometimes I can barely stream Netflix. I’ve been staying here every week for the last month and it’s been the same from the beginning.

Checking out of this hotel.
Everything. My stepdad rented out three rooms; 1 from my brother and sister-in-law, 1 for my mom and stepdad, and 1 for my husband and I. When my husband and I arrived we saw that the screens on our window had to giant holes in them, the toilet had not been cleaned, and there were stains all over the couch. My parents room was just as bad, their trash was filled with used feminine products, their windows wouldn’t open, and there were stains all over their couch as well as their bed. My brother’s room was the absolute worse, it had a horrible odor (a mix of like smoke and body odor, again stains on the bed and couch (and somehow on the curtains too), and there was a used Q-Tip in the middle of the floor. We called other hotels a few hours later, to try and switch, but everywhere else was booked. The following morning we checked out because of the conditions were so bad. As we were leaving, housekeeping was on our floor and the were screaming profanities because the were upset about another guests trash.

Very good. Comfortable, uncrowded. The room was large and comfortable. Everything was clean and worked well. Staff was courteous and efficient. The value received more than justified the price paid.
I noticed a first-floor corridor door to the outside being propped open - both at night and the next morning. Could pose a safety concern.

The breakfast was missing a lot. They didn't have any toast, bagels, muffins or fruit. Was really lacking. Was told the breakfast was 6 - 9 in the morning. Should have been till 10 AM. We walked to one of the stores nearby and bought our breakfast for 10 days.
The housecleaning staff was wonderful. They were always so friendly and helpful. Cudos to them! 💕

Breakfast was good, enough to choose from. Servers were pleasant. I loved the location close to close to stores and restaurants.
In the hall I often got a whiff of someone smoking weed.

Location was close to shopping for groceries, etc. Many good restaurants to choose from. Fitness room was equipped with what I needed.
The breakfast needed more variety. Muffins or sweet rolls, some fruit. They didn't even have toast for the scrambled eggs and sausage.
Living room furniture needs replacing.
